A walk along the shore

It started off misty on Sunday and there were early-morning fog horns (apparently, I slept through them). After witnessing New Zealand thrash Australia in the rugby, we went gathering berries from the prunus spinosa plant (sloe). In all we managed to gather 4 kg of the berries. When we returned to the beach cottage the morning mists had burned away.
