Abstract Expressionism

abstract expressionism on van

I have watched the abstract expressionism on this van develop over the past couple of months from a grey undercoat to these bold geometric patterns.  The van has a generator and appears to house someone. There is a camo sheet draped over the adjacent fence. Underneath the back of the van are the left-over paint tins.

This work of art which is reminiscent of some of Rothko’s work can be found in the Highbridge Industrial Estate, next to the canal, in Uxbridge. I have not been able to establish where the artist will be exhibiting next.

Nice picture. It’s like a Piet Mondrian road trip.

Thank-you, and yes, that’s a good description.
