bon anniversaire bluemeanie!

I spotted the above sign on Wencelas Square, Prague over the weekend. Doing so I reminded myself of Carles, who was taking photos of street names and beer labels which had certain letter combinations in them.  The truth is that I got some hostile stares walking around Prague Castle on Saturday wearing my Che Guevara T-Shirt. Then in the evening, back at the hotel, I got completely positive feedback from a local so didn’t feel so bad.

Off Wencelas Square is the Museum to Communism. Scarlett found a brochure which said it is located

next to McDonalds and above the casino.

So we went looking for it, but there was a problem: there are so many McDonalds and casinos… We found it only the next day.

Today is Scarlett’s birthday and she is spending it without her mum and her sister, who have gone away for 10 days.  And of course I am also leaving for work this morning, so it’s very special wishes to her ... and she will be in my thoughts right up until the stroke of midnight (or at least until 10pm GMT, which is the time at which she was born!)
Edit: As the birthday girl pointed out we are currently on summer time, so it will be 11pm tonight!
