Crappy Lowestoft

My informed opinion, after spending a few hours here is that Lowestoft leaves a lot to be desired:

They have ‘Parisian-style’ bollards (pictured) on the pavement (presumably to prevent illegal parking). Drivers break the speed limit all the time. Those that don’t are mercilessly tailgated by the rest. Although there are some bits of paint on the road to signify cycle lanes, the locals all cycle on the pavement. I guess they know the local drivers.
