Cyclist in London

On Thursday I was working in London, and was tempted to cycle across to my meeting (rather than take the bus or tube). It was a lovely day but I realised I would get too hot and sweaty in my work clothes. I was therefore jealous when I saw so many people out on their bicycles: cycling is definitely the fastest way around London and it is more comfortable than either the tube or bus (provided you are dressed more appropriately than I was).
