This is the famous Devil’s Bridge near Aberystwyth in Wales. As you can make out in my photograph there are actually three bridges built on top of each other. The torrent of water below is the Devil’s Punchbowl, which also looked to me to be at least three pools carved by the water in the rock. 

If you are wondering why there is no devil in Wales (anymore), you need to read the legend of the bridge .
