Ricall Water Tower

image

Situated on the River Ouse (and A19 road) between York and Selby, Riccall has an interesting history going back to its origins as an Anglo-Saxon town.

The water tower is 80 feet tall, and is the second in my series of photos of water towers. The first was at Le Coudray-Saint-Germer.
